Data Collection and Storage

• VocabRiver does not collect your data
• All your data is processed locally in your Chrome browser and stored in your Chrome browser’s storage
• We do not send any of your data to our servers, or any third parties

Your Control

• You have full ownership over your data
• You can clear all saved words in settings
• You can delete individual words from flashcards
• You can disable the extension anytime

Permissions We Need

• Storage: To save your words and preferences in your Chrome browser
• History: To find dictionary lookups in your browsing
• Tabs: To show flashcards on new tab page (optional)

How VocabRiver Works

• Creates flashcards from your dictionary lookups
• Shows your vocabulary history
• Remembers your settings
